Beacon Hill Film Club
Working alongside the North East based Arpeggio Films,this year’s Sixth Form students have spent a lot of time creating two short films –“The Middle of Nowhere”and “The Pirate and the Mermaid”.
Both filmsĀ have received critical acclaim,been showcased at international film festivals and aired on national television.

Beacon Hill Film Project was awarded The National Lottery Award for the Best Arts Project 2010.
The award was received with great delight at the awards ceremony on the 4th September.
The huge success of this project is due to the many votes which YOU have placed and for this we are very grateful.
